Sol Figueroa is a professional Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, NASM Personal trainer and Bariatric counselor with 5 years of experience. She passionate about health, fitness and all things food.

Sol Figueroa holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Keiser University. She worked at a Diabetes Center, where she assists patients dealing with obesity, diabetes, bariatric surgery, and cancer. A longstanding passion for exercise led her to become a certified NASM personal trainer in 2022. By the end of that year, she also earned certification as a Bariatric Counselor, reflecting her commitment to the bariatric community. In 2023, she left the hospital setting and started her private practice.

As a mother of two daughters and a devoted wife, Sol treasures quality time with her family and enjoys cooking, exercising, and spending time with friends. She is of Mexican and Puerto Rican descent, which inspires her love for traditional cooking and sharing those culinary experiences with others.

Over the years, Sol's business has expanded, yet her mission has remained clear: to help women build a positive relationship with their bodies by enhancing their nutrition, fitness, and self-trust. MindBodySol Nutrition offers virtual services, including meal guides, exercise routines, and nutrition counseling, all available from the comfort of your home.
